        During this week, we will be ALL GIRL! We will gather together to empower each other from the inside out while having FUN! We will create vision boards, learn about healthy living and exercise, discover new hairstyling tips, create art, listen to music lyrics, learn tips to maintain long lasting friendships, and make jewelry all under the guidance of Miss Carrier and Mrs. Haarlander! The girls will build confidence, skills, and tools for success!

 


 Music Theatre Camp -      Wicked!

    Let's perform "Wicked"! It's time to receive individual attention while perfecting your singing and acting talent, create props and dance while performing for a live audience!  Campers will learn the story of “Wicked” and will be encouraged to be creative and sing many fun songs while improving their vocal range and acting skills at the same time.  This is an all day camp for students in grades 2 through 8 starting at 8:30 and ending at 2:00. We take lunch and snack breaks. Live performance on the last day for parents!

    Our football camp is designed to provide quality instruction on basic and advanced football fundamentals for all campers in a safe, quality-controlled environment. Campers will learn and practice fundamentals and techniques that will aid them in becoming better football players while emphasizing character development, leadership and positive sportsmanship. Camp highlights Include: T-shirt to all participants, individual and small group instruction, position specific skill technique, film analysis, camper evaluations, character development, conditioning & weight room techniques, sports nutrition, flag football tournament, and Gatorade Player of the Day. Groups divided by age appropriateness. In addition, campers will be paired with a Jaguar player during camp and throughout their seasons.

 

  


 

Dive into Reading

    Grow your child’s love for reading by signing up for Dive into Reading! This camp aims to build enthusiasm for reading by introducing a variety of genres and offering engaging activities. Over the course of the week, we will read a variety of genres such as realistic fiction, graphic novels, poetry, and nonfiction. After looking at texts closely, campers will have the opportunity to engage with the text by participating in activities such as writing, arts and crafts, or science experiments. Your child is bound to find a genre that excites them and keeps them reading all summer long!

    This unique camp focuses on the development of the whole child. I am a mom of 4 school aged children, an experienced elementary school educator, and a certified adult and children’s yoga teacher who LOVES to connect with, and inspire children every day. Each class I offer will be fun filled from beginning to end! My goal is to offer an empowering, educational, and creativity-boosting camp experience. Children will enjoy a nurturing, supportive, non-competitive atmosphere while practicing with me. We offer activities which will stretch, strengthen and energize their bodies and minds, and they will learn to express themselves creatively and compassionately. We will practice working cooperatively in large and small groups, be introduced to activities they may not have tried before, learn self-regulation techniques, develop new friendships and have loads of fun!

  


Computer Programming

    Magic doesn’t run your computer, code does and in this introductory course you’ll become a programmer. Campers will have fun creating real software while learning important principals of computer programming using the block-based programming tool Scratch. Students will receive instruction and gain experience with the following principals of computer science: variables, input, output, loops, conditional logic, and computer graphics. All programming principals are taught through hands-on experience of writing code. Students will be creating software at ever class meeting. A few of the exciting projects planned include number games, a drawing program, and Whac-a-Mole game.

     This course is taught by Chris Rossetti who is an educator and software engineer. In the past, campers have been so enthusiastic about learning to code that they continue to create amazing software once the course ends. This is a golden opportunity for your children to have fun while introducing them to one of the highest paid, highest demand careers. Don’t miss out on what is sure to be a megabyte of fun!

    Have you ever dreamed of becoming a chef? Well here's your chance to be a Jr. chef for the week. You will receive your very own chef's hat and learn how to prepare yummy foods like fruit turnovers, pizza pockets, strawberry shortcakes, homemade bread with fresh churned butter and more.

Welcome beginner cake decorators! Come and join us for a fun introduction to baking and decorating cupcakes and cakes. You will bake your own cupcake and then learn about how to make frosting and to design and frost using techniques such as borders, writing, flowers, ribbons and more. You will decorate and take home cupcakes for the first few days - then we will end the week decorating and taking home your own cake!

      During this week of camp, you will make all of these and more! Get ready for a week packed full of messy, slimy, and explosive experiments and activities. This camp is especially designed for kids who enjoy making messes and mixing things together just to see what happens! Guaranteed to get messy … get ready!


This camp is being taught by Lindsay Ross, Occupational Therapist, and Jocelyn Lister, Speech-Language Pathologist. Both Lindsay and Jocelyn work in the Windham School District. They are confident and comfortable working with students of all skill levels and abilities, and can’t wait for this messy adventure to begin!

    Have you found yourself cleaning up mysterious slime residue? Save that mess for camp! Slime Science is a fun camp where kids get to create their own slime! We will be making a different type of slime each day. We will experiment with making pudding slime, bead slime, foam slime, and slimes of different textures and colors! I am also open to suggestions from the kids, because they are the true slime experts.

     Join Ms. Lapadula this summer to get crafty! We will be engaging in different crafts and projects throughout the week; DREAMCATCHERS, WEAVING, MACRAME, TIE DYE, and more! Many of these crafts will be created outdoors (weather permitting), and some even with found objects in nature. Are you looking to improve your field hockey skills or knowledge of the game?  This summer we are holding a field hockey clinic that will focus on expanding your knowledge and kill set while preparing you for your fall season or collegiate play.  The clinic will be instructed by local Londonderry High School graduate, Jessica Fleet.   She comes to us as a former Division One FH graduate from Bryant University, who is currently a U-19 Club Coach at Granite State Elite and current Assistant Coach of Southern New Hampshire University.

**Be sure to tell your team mates so that we have the minimum number of athletes to run drills and get the best out of our sessions.

    Ever wonder how they design apps for smartphones? Stop wondering and start creating your very own apps! In this introductory course, students will learn how to create their very own smartphone apps. The applications which students create will run on any Android device. Students receive instruction on developing an application by designing a user interface and then coding its functionality. They learn to complete their app by testing it thoroughly and then preparing it to be installed onto a device. Students are encouraged to be creative in their designs and leave their own personal imprint on the apps they create. Some of the exciting apps students will create at this camp include a digital Magic 8-Ball, smartphone sketch pad, and the arcade classic Whac-A-Mole.

 

        This course is taught by Chris Rossetti who has been offering children math and science enrichment through computer science education for years. Although students are welcome to bring in their own Android device, all participates will have access to Android smartphones to create and test their apps in class. Don’t just have fun this summer, learn to create apps which will entertain and amaze your friends!
